The scope of works include Construction, Completion, Furnishing and Maintenance of the project with site area of 300,000m2 and built-up area of 1,234,148m2. The project will serve for 9,851 staff with 4 basements, Ground Floor and 8 Typical Floors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 <strong>500+ Beds Kuwait Police Hospital (LEED SILVER)<\/strong> \u2013 Ministry of Public Works approved BIG as Prequalified Bidder for the <strong>estimated USD 825+ Million <\/strong>Kuwait Police Hospital tender. The Scope of Works include Design, Construction, Furnishing, Equipping, Completion, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance. To be built on site area 92,000m2+ with approximately 365,000+ m2 built-up area and 2,000+ parking capacity. The project comprising Main Hospital Building (total 21 floors with 3 basements), Roof Helipad, 2 Shelters, Auditorium &amp; Conference Hall, Residential facilities, Underground Parking, Mosque, Ambulance Services, Medical Waste and Central Plant Units, Substation etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 <strong>Kuwait Scientific Center Expansion (LEED GOLD)<\/strong> &#8211; The Scientific Center Kuwait (TSCK) approved BIG as a Prequalified Bidder for the <strong>estimated USD 160+ Million <\/strong>Kuwait Scientific Center Expansion tender. The Scope of Works include Construction, Completion and Maintenance of different project components including Dolphinarium (Al Dalaphene), Exploratorium (Dar Al-Estikshaf), Education and Conference Center, Visitor Service Facilities, Exhibit Halls and Shaded Surface Parking.
